Waterbury LEAP runs on a very powerful form of renewable energy -- volunteers.  We're an active, diverse team of dozens of creative, motivated individuals who are excited about the challenge of turning Waterbury into a model 'green' community by 2019.  We meet every month or two (see photo of a recent LEAP meeting), brainstorm about useful projects, divide up tasks, and then get them done. (See LEAP project list).
