Join Waterbury LEAP!
Waterbury LEAP runs on a very powerful form of renewable energy -- volunteers.
We're an active, diverse team of dozens of creative, motivated individuals who are excited about the challenge of turning Waterbury into a model 'green' community by 2019. We meet every month or two (see photo of a recent LEAP meeting), brainstorm about useful projects, divide up tasks, and then get them done. (See LEAP project list).
It's fun, important work, and we'd love to have you join us! If you don't live near Waterbury, you can still help with tasks that can be done anywhere.
